Pointing the Way to the Abundant Life

Home

Finding Home Institute is a Christ-centered, non-denominational ministry that is dedicated to rebuilding people, nurturing broken and wounded spirits, and training strong disciples.

Finding Home seeks to foster the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of individuals by helping them come to the awareness—and the removal—of the issues that are blocking their growth and health. We do this by helping people come "home"—to the place of wholeness, peace and rest, where they know the truth about God and themselves.

Finding Home Institute is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization in the Commonwealth of Virginia  that is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by a distinguished group of spiritual advisors (Spiritual Advisory Board).

Our Mission

To lead people into a closer connection with God and His truth so that they can receive what they need for a more abundant life, better health, and godliness.

Our Goal

  • To provide Biblical resources for healing and discipleship to both individuals and groups
  • To train and mentor others to be used in healing and discipleship

Our Programs

Our Guiding Scriptures

Isaiah 40:1-3 Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and proclaim to her that her hard service has been completed, that her sin has been paid for, that she has received from the LORD's hand double for all her sins. A voice of one calling: "In the desert prepare the way for the LORD; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God.” (NIV)

Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, (NIV)

John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (NIV)

John 10:7-10 Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (NKJV)

John 14:2-3 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. (NIV)
